Each ADULT NON-MEMBER please complete this visitor sign in form for every visit.

This is a requirement of SBSC and our Liquor Licence. NON-MEMBERS must be signed in and accompanied by a member. Non members are limited to 6 visits before required to become a member.

On completion you will be sent an email of these details required for proof of valid entry if requested during of your visit.
