54th AGM of Safety Beach SC
Thank you to everyone that attended the AGM that was held last Sunday morning. We had 61 members log in via Zoom and was great to see all those happy faces. A bit of work and preparation had to go into this new world of running an AGM on Zoom however, despite a few concerns it all went very smoothly.
The minutes have been posted to the club website and can be viewed with the other AGM documentation and reports.
Hopefully we will soon be able to get back to what we do best which is go sailing. We have a bumper season ahead with our Season Opening scheduled for the 4th October. Lets hope that restrictions will have eased to allow us to celebrate the start of the new season at SBSC.
Fellow SBSC member Nick Jones and his wife Fiona are excited to announce that they have expanded their service offering in Martha Cove. Fiona continues to look after marina berth sales and leases in Hidden Harbour and now they’re proud to introduce Maintain My Boat.
Maintain My Boat offers regular cleaning, detailing, polishing, custom fenders & dock-lines along with project managing larger works. Nick’s background as service manager for one of Australia’s largest yacht importers has enabled him to build a great understanding of yachts and their systems.
Maintain My Boat are offering a 15% discount to all SBSC members for the months of August & September.
Check out their website www.maintainmyboat.com.au or contact Nick on 0434 422 523.
