Have been sailing with MYC twilight and Saturday Sails the 2nd half of the summer series with a couple of Div 1 boats. Spent a fair bit of time around various regattas over the years and pick up a few things along the way. Wouldn’t say I’m the most experienced sailor but keen to learn more and progress my sailing knowledge & skills and become a regular at SBCC. I enjoy the elements and am interested in racing inshore & offshore all year round.

I have recently joined the club, completed a learn to sail with Ewan, so have very little experience on keel boats but keen to learn and sail through the winter.

I am looking to crew on keelboat over winter. I currently am a member and sail my laser OTB dinghy out of Safety Beach Sailing Club. I have quite a few years of keelboat racing experience and live at Martha Cove. I just love sailing. Please feel free to give me a call to see if I would suit a position.

I live in Safety Beach and am looking to crew casually or on a semi-regular basis on a keelboat at SBSC all year round. I can often be available at short notice. Most of my experience is in OTB and trailerables (monos, cats and tris) and at 70yo I sail a Hobie Tandem Island kayak for pleasure. I weigh 82 kg and keep fit through regular cycling and/or Nordic walking. I am a member of the SBSC Tower Team and have all courses plotted in my GPS and have a VHF hand-held.

I would like to get back into sailing after 20 years. I had extensive experience sailing dinghy’s as a kid and crewing on Keel boats at Mornington Also sailed keel boats as a crew and/or skippered around the Pacific including NZ to Fiji, Tonga , Samoa, Scotland, Croatia etc. I bit rusty but am fit and can provide beer and good conversation.

I live in Safety Beach and want to learn to sail keel boats so that I can crew on a regular basis. I have joined the Safety Beach Women’s Coaching Group. While inexperienced, I am very keen and learn quickly. Looking forward to meeting sailors who are passionate about sailing and want to share their expertise.

Recently moved to Safety Beach and joined the SBSC as a Social Member and have participated in the keelboat crewing course. I have never sailed before so I am at the beginner skill level. The occasional Friday afternoon would be great. If you are after some sailing company and a little bit of assistance I would be pleased to join you.

I am interested in crewing on Friday afternoon races. I have crewed on keelboats since 1980 and completed several Melbourne to Hobart races and returns, deliveries to Sydney and from Hamilton Island, and many bay races all on 40 to 50 foot keelboats. The last five years have been crewing on 30 footer at Newhaven.
